    I attended my 40 year old niece's service on March 29th, 2023.I grew up closely with funeral direction and have much knowledge of most aspects of the funeral industry.I was stunned at the unprofessionalism of the staff. They were completely uninformed about the members of the family. I am this girl's only aunt, they had no idea and were dismissive and downright insensitive when I asked questions or simply wanted a shoulder to lean on for support.The men at door (helpers) were unaware that the 3 year old little boy running around outside was my niece's son. During the service when loved ones were speaking of my nieces life, I had to leave the service and ask them to be quiet. They were laughing and joking in the lobby.I am aware my niece's body was ravaged by illness and beginning stages of decomposition. But...there was absolutely no attention to any detail. There was makeup in her hair, her lipstick was smeared, the makeup was slapped on her hands. And the most confusing part was the plastic bag her poor body was placed in was crunched up out of the top of her dress. It was abhorrent. I am not responsible for any financial obligation and am not a contact person.The flowers were average and the casket was beautiful.
