    Checked in on the 11th since I was having surgery this was for my wife and mom. They did not provide any services. Told my disabled mom she had to bring out the dirty towels and trash themselves. Would not give change for own washing machines. Never changed bedding or did room service. Contacted owner by email and tried calling. No answers. Baymont corporate will not refund as they say contact the location.

    I book this stay for myself and my wife for the Fourth of July, we traveled over seven hours to get to this” hotel”, and hitch looking nothing like the pictures. When I arrived, I let them know nothing was as pictured. They gave me the key and my wife and I went to the room, walking down the hall you can smell the mold and mildew. My wife is 4 months pregnant and I knew it was going to be hard on her. We get to the room and the mattress is a queen on a king box spring that was nastier than out side, the room smelled horrible but claim they just finished cleaning it. We went and ask for a refund and was refused and said this was one of their better room. So we couldn’t leave for two after already paying and not being able to afford to leave and go to another hotel. The mildew on the light fixtures was horrible and my wife was crying and stressing herself and our unborn child out. I kept tell her we just have two days there, let try to be ok. That was just the beginning of the horror. We went to try to go swimming and the pool is cover and looked like a dessert out there. So finally try to get some sleep only to realize we have bed bugs. Go to the front desk and they say they are booked and don’t have another room. So we ask for a refund and was refused and pretend like they didn’t speak English. I had to go and get tarp and air mattress sheets and blankets for my wife and self.
    The next morning we ask for a refund again and was refused. So my wife decided to take a shower and was about to get dress when a man just unlocked the door and was coming in, I was stopping him and he continued to push with all his force to get in, I had forcefully push the door and use some words for him to stop. I immediately when to the desk and they ask did he knock and he did not, then responded oh sorry. We called Wyndham several time to let them know what was going on and was hung up on every time. We sent a complaint and was told they would reach out in a week still nothing.

    We booked a room for September 23,2023 to September 25, 2023. We checked out today and headed home which is a 7 hour drive. My 12 year old son left his black wallet on the desk of the hotel. We called the hotel to have the room checked. The room hadn’t even been cleaned yet. I had to call 11 times before I actually spoke to the front desk. I was told by someone named “****” that the wallet was not there. I explained that to we had just left about an hour ago and the wallet was definitely there on the desk. I asked to speak to a manager to which she said, “well you can come check yourself but there is no manager”. How absurd. I asked who was her boss to which she said “****”. This is absolutely unacceptable. They definitely stole my sons wallet

    First room offered had bed bugs. Brought to attention of front desk and they handed me new sheets. I said I did not feel comfortable staying in room. They switched the room. Second room had blood stains on the bedding. Both rooms looked like they had not been cleaned. Told the front desk that did not feel comfortable staying at hotel and I would like refund. They said they could not refund and gave number to call for management. No one would pick up at number. Since this was a business trip, director contacted hotel and could not get through because voicemail was full. After a couple days of trying to reach hotel, they were contacted and said they had no bed bugs or blood stains even after receiving photographs. Photographs are geolocated. They still refused to offer refund. No one should stay in this hotel. It seems to be a health violation.
