      Took my mom’s dog to get it groom on March 20th 24 and went to pick him up and brought home and had sticky stuff on him so called them to see what it was and they said it was liquid bandage that the groomer must of cut him I told them that she never told me about it and she tried to cover it up with the bandana that they put on him they said that they will have the manger call never has called I been trying to call them to talk to the manager never returns my calls I look at it because all of the liquid bandage fell off and they shined it all the way down no fur is on the spot at all I want them to issue a refund to my mom for what they done to the dog

      Hello there, sorry for the delay but I have searched all emails and this is the first 1 I have gotten.  I am not sure what is going on with this customer as she was already told we don't have glue and no one cut her dog.  The dog was done on the 20th and the call was received on the 25th.  I am not sure what happened to her moms dog in 5 days to get something sticky in her hair?? She is also filing a complaint for her mother and the dog is not in her care and I don't understand what is really going on here.   
      I was out of town when the call came in but my employee told me what happened and handled it as I told her.  We didn't cut the dog and we don't even have glue and neither does the employee.  If something did happen she would have advised me right away!  She told her exactly what I would have told her.

      As you were told before we don't do refunds on service.  The service was performed, no dog was cut and no glue was used as we don't even carry glue!  
      We can give you a discount on the next groom but none of the above happened.
