  A-1 and their plumbers, especially *** and ****, have done all the recent work on my 120 year old house and I'll never go anywhere again. Honest, knowledgeable, and affordable.

  My kitchen sink was stopped up, so I called A1 and someone came out quickly. It turned out my 60 year old plumbing was completely stopped up from top to bottom and needed to be replaced from the kitchen sink to the basement drain where the washing machine drain was also stopped up. My favorite part of the experience was that A1 was able to work around my schedule, and they were respectful of my privacy and my needs. They finished the job in the time frame they predicted. The person who did the work knew what he was doing, and my plumbing now looks nice and works well.

  Have used them before and had a really good experience. Unfortunately, this time wasnt so pleasant I was quoted for a possible water line leak that they would have to take out drywall etc around $600. My dad came over and it wasnt a water line leak just a little area on the piping that wasnt sealed and had to remove a small piece of drywall but fixed the water problem for less than $5. WOW!! What a difference! Thank God for my dad

  I highly recommend A1 Septic and Sewer. I have had them come out to our residence 3 times, once on the spur of the moment and twice otherwise on scheduled visits. I have had them clean sewer lines as well as plumbing work. It was brought to my attention that not all techs do plumbing work so my appointment schedule had to be tweaked by a couple hours to allow the availability of one who could do plumbing also. Their staff is very professional, personable and knowledgeable, from the the phone receptionist to the technician doing the plumbing or sewer work. A1 is my #1 pick for any plumbing etc work.

  Many many thanks to A-1!!!! ****** was great to work with from the beginning. She worked hard to get a guy out ASAP. ***** was awesome!!! He came in and figured out the problem in no time!! He explained what was going on and used pics from his phone to show how my system worked and where the problem was located. He was professional and very kind. I felt relieved. The problem was solved and all questions answered. Awesome awesome service. I will highly recommend Thanks ***** and ******!!!

  A1 has been competent and reliable for yearly clearing of tree roots from sewer line for maintenance. However, when I requested evaluation of leaking faucet, I discovered they do not employ any actual plumbers, although their website states they do plumbing. Each of the two people who came out was identified as "tech." The first man diagnosed one leak and replaced the part on August 3, 2022. Then I pointed out the faucet was still leaking around the base, and he said the second leak required replacement of faucet, advised me to buy one and notify A1 to install. I purchased a new faucet and made appointment for August 4 for installation. Fee for August 3 faucet repair was $115, in addition to standard $175 fee for drain maintenance, which was done at same time. Tech doing the work said that second visit for faucet replacement would be $175. On August 4, and again on August 5, A1 cancelled my appointment, citing more urgent needs of business clients. On August 8 a second person installed the faucet, charged $225, and stated first person did not have correct billing information. The faucet works, but the swivel function, which is less than 180 degrees, is not centered appropriately over double sink.

  ***** , the technician who came out, was courteous, quickly resolved the drain issue and fully explained the cause. Many thanks to ***** and A-1 for their prompt and effective service. I wont hesitate to call again should the need arise.
