    Great staff excellent equipment and fair prices. Great convenience to KC downtown.

    Rented a power rake supposed to be for 4 hours but it ran for 15 minutes at first and waited and then ran for only another several minutes before dying on me and not being able to restart. Took it back to Anderson who had worker check it out and was able to show different way of setting the choke and speed controls and had some trouble with the starter pulley cord but did get it to run so took it back home to try to finish my yard. Machine again acted up and died on me and had more trouble trying to start it so brought it back after only couple hours, including travel time and messing with their staff trying to get it to work, who told me it was a piece of crap. Then got billed for four hours with additional charges that the counter people did not mention prior to renting and which pricing was different on their web site. When complained they then had some cartel looking dude finish the billing. Wouldn't recommend this business and sure would not recommend any seniors to use them. Very shady operation. Plan to dispute charge and maybe file complaint with DA office.

    This store rents out broken and faulty equipment to non white customers and refuse to refund money. The manager is racist and extremely rude. We not only had to dispute the transaction with the bank but we lost the money we had to pay our workers.

    The Manager is Hispanic and 70% of the staff is Hispanic. Non white customers account for over 50% of our customers. .
