We had a great experience with Century Roofing! Marty was great to work with, very responsive to my questions. Isabel followed up from the office with me to insure I was being helped with my roof inspection and estimate request. Once the agreement was signed, we were able to be scheduled the following week. The crew arrived early in the morning and worked til late in the evening and were able to get the old roofing off, cleaned up, and the new roofing installed. Scott arrived the next morning to inspect the job and finished a few details. We met with Marty a few hours later and reviewed the completed job. We are very happy with Century Roofing and highly recommend them to anyone.

Scam artists! They will charge you at a minimum $4K higher than an honest roofing company. They play the insurance game. Marty M******* will blow smoke up your rear end...DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!! They bill in advance for work not completed. Worst experience I've ever had with a contractor.Century Roofing

Jodi, I'm sorry you had a less than satisfactory experience with Marty. Our records show that the price of your roof was per what the insurance company adjusted it to be, then Century gave you a free upgrade to a class III impact resistant product. This product may well get you a lower insurance rate, or discount. If you had a $4,000 lower bid price from another company, you of course had the right to use them.
Our service call record does not show any call backs. If there is something we are missing or not aware of please call the office and let us know. We stand ready to help resolve any issue you may have with our company.
