    ****** and his brother did flooring for our entire house back in 2019. There was an issue that they were already aware of the hallway near the back door towards the garage that possibly needed subflooring. When we agreed to having them do the flooring he stated there was a 6-year warranty. Well covid happened in 2020 which is the reason why I was not able to file a complaint. I did try throughout the last couple of years to make contact without any response from him it wasn't until this year that I threatened to report him to the attorney general's office that he started responding and said that it would be a moment before he could get to it and then I informed him I had someone who stated they could do the flooring and he said he would send me $500 I waited for almost a month and still have not received the money and now he is no longer responding I did report him to the attorney general's office and they have not gotten a response either. I want to make others aware of this business that they are not a business of integrity that they do not honor or keep their word for their warranty nor do they keep their word concerning repairing or fixing what they started.
