      On 7/10/24, one of my drivers picked up a load from Dairy
      Farmers of America 801 James, Ave, Schulenburg, TX
      78956 (Pick up number: 82070340). The load was scheduled to deliver on 7/12/24 at 7
      am at Frito Lay 11645 E 37th Ave, Denver, CO. Driver arriver
      at delivery and turn out he was rejected because they had
      loaded a bug infested load which could've been a hazard to
      the community if receiver accepted this load. The
      commodity was a load of cheese dip. The driver was
      ordered to dispose and destroy the product at a recycling
      center. Driver went to the location or disposal and
      unfortunately the driver had to unload all 23 pallets by
      himself since no one would him there. Driver was unloading
      for 6 hours and after he was finished the charged him a fee
      of $2811.85 and driver paid. This shipper refuses to pay for this fee in which they are at fault for loading a product like this. 3rd party also involved is Landstar for booking with Dairy Farmers of America.
