We purchased a 2022 ******* T Boss 550 from this dealer in the fall of 2022. It stopped running in the spring of 2023 after very little use driving around a small town on paved roads and being stored in a garage with a concrete floor.
When we called to request work to fix the vehicle the dealer requested $300 to pick it up and return it, which was travel only, no repairs. Based on a video of the sound it made when starting, they did not think repairs would be covered by the warranty.
We have been unable to find anyone else licensed to do warranty work on the vehicle. We have have had other people look at it. No one can even figure out what is wrong with it. We certainly aren’t going to be pay $300 + just so they can tell us they don’t know either.
We are requesting a full refund and that they come get this lemon out of our lives!!

******* gives the UTV a 1 year limited warranty. The warranty does not cover transportation. You signed paperwork that explained that you were responsible for transportation for any service. We have a service that we offer that can pickup the unit and deliver it back after service (but this is not free as it costs us money to hire a driver, truck, trailer and fuel). You opted not to use this service. You also opted not to bring the UTV to us for service yourself. Our technicians are very knowledgeable and would be happy to diagnose the issue you are having. You have now had the UTV past the one year warranty period. We are not going to offer a return after you have had the UTV for over a year. (You also called the UTV a lemon in your complaint. Lemon laws have to do with a dealership attempting to repair a new automobile more than 3 times for the same issue during the warranty period. You have never brought this UTV to us for repairs or service.) We are still willing to look at the UTV, but you would need to drop it off to us.
