    I own a rental house ** *** ***** **** ******* *****. On 2/4/23, I phoned Appliance Repair, spoke with Jason, explained the washing machine at the rental was leaking water from underneath the washer. Jason said no problem, he can come right away. I asked a round about figure for service and he quoted me $*** cash would fix everything. He said he replaced a drain hose, pump and housing. I gave him my address to come get paid. Jason arrived and explained to me that it was fixed, I won't have to worry about it for 20 years, there is a lifetime warranty on this work. I paid $*** cash, received Invoice.
    On Sunday, tenants called said washer wasn't working. I called Jason on Sunday. He said he would be there Monday, 6th first thing. There would be no charge, he'll get it running. Tenant called and said Jason said the washer was shot, can't be fixed. I called Jason and asked for him to take the parts out and pay me back my $*** cash. He said OK but was fuming mad. He took the parts off the washer at the rental. DID NOT BRING MY MONEY back. I called him and he screamed at me, cussing telling me to shut my ****** mouth over and over again. Called me a ****** ******. I texted him and pleaded for my money back. He did not answer any of my calls and now I am blocked on all of their business numbers. I don't know who owns the business. I don't want to see them again ******* * *** ***** ***** **** ** **** *** *** ******* *** **** ** ** *******. He was horrifying. I said dude, I am a customer why are you talking to me this way? Shut *** ***** up I said on and on for 5 more minutes. The men give out false names, false phone numbers. Stealing money from people. Thank you.
