    Dropped off car for an alignment and was curious about a noise after i replaced my struts was told it was just a couple bolts on the passenger side. Went to a dentist apointment and they couldnt get ahold of me so for some "genius" reason they did "repair" tightening bolts without asking me which they tried to charge me an hour of labor for because they claimed there were more loose and it took an hour. The dude dropped it to half an hour but i shouldnt have to pay anything be that YOU DONT DO REPAIRS WITHOUT AN APPROVAL! I have worked in shops as an advisor and tech. We would never ever do that at any of the places i worked. That is shameful and scammy. I will never bring my vehicle here again and neither should you!

    I took my vehicle to Doug's Automotive & Alignment to have the starter replaced, because it was sporadic and weak. Five days pass, and I hear nothing from Doug's. I called, and I was told they had already completed different fixes on the vehicle without even asking me beforehand for authorization - and that the vehicle was ready for pick-up. The starter had not been replaced, and these guys spent the time doing discursive work on the vehicle I had not asked for.
    $300 bucks later, the starter had not been replaced - and nothing of merit had really been accomplished. Further, Doug's Automotive & Alignment even had the nerve to write on the invoice that my starter is still acting weak! Holy cow.
