    I can't recommend them. They chose to perform an engine breakdown after advising me that they would contact the warranty company before doing so. They did not contact the warranty company until they had already performed the diagnostic. The warranty company did not see them fit to perform a diagnostic or repair and did not give their approval. LAD then advised me that a lean would be placed on my vehicle until I could pay the $1,600 bill.
    Tldr; Lawrence Automotive Diagnostic, at best, does not follow warranty procedure to force the customer to pay for unnecessary work.

    We were in contact with the extended warranty company. We proceeded with teardown due to one agent recommended that was the next step. Asked the extended warranty company specifically if there was any tie back to the selling dealer and they said no. After talking to a different agent we were notified that there was a tie back to a Ford Dealer. This information was given to us after the teardown was made. Regardless, after further research we found a Technical Service Bulletin that relates to the underline condition the vehicle had which could of avoided the teardown entirely. I have personally reached out to the customer to come to a resolution to the matter.
