    I will be contacting this customer soon.  I have been quite ill and am still recovering.  I plan to go out and meet with the customer and take care of the issues he has on or before February 1.

    More broken promises from Mr. ***d.  His last correspondence said he would contact me directly by February 1st.  Today is February 4th and I have not received a visit, email or text.  My patience has run out.  Please inform Mr. ***d that he has only two options.  First, he can place a check made out to me, ***e ******, for the amount of $500 in my mailbox by March 1, 2025.  This will cover the cost of the work he failed to accomplish.  If he does not choose this option, I will take him to small claims court and sue him for the $500 and the cost to fix the cracks in the cement that he poured and court costs.  I have given Mr. ***d every opportunity to make things right. -- ***e ******
