3 years ago I was getting ready to retire and wanted to get new dentures before I lost insurance. I went to get them made and I was scared of not going to work for me . I told the dental tech over and over. Shannon , the tech , was very nice and understood. I did everything ** ***** wanted me to do . He told me to make sure the molded dentures were ok bef they made the actual dentures. So I did BUT when I went to pick them up I could stick my finger in between the upper and bottom dentures. Miss Shannon knew I was so upset. ** ***** said I should have made sure they fit . I told him I did over and over and that it was his fault he could ask his dental technician. So he looked at her and she confirmed I told him . He said he’d try to send them back and see if they could do anything . He was not going to reduce them . When I went to pick them off he said they were the best he could do even though they weren’t right . He tried to keep me calm and just “try them “ . Less then a year later one of the top FRONT teeth came out . How embarrassing for me . I am a hairstylist which my looks are very important. He sent them back and put tooth back in . But the front material of the top dentures was so thin you could see through it . He made me pay the price it cost him to get them fixed , then about a year later a hole appeared in the same top front denture and the other front tooth of dentures fell out . I’m so upset because I told him he needed to remake my dentures . But he said he can’t . But he wanted to charge me $200. 00To fix that one . I was so mad I didn’t pay him . Guess what he did he put my charge on my husbands bill . My first pair of dentures was temporary one I had from a different dentist. They were temporary for one year . I had my “temporary ones “ for over ten years. That’s how well I take care of my dentures . I want a total refund of $3000.00 to go back to my original dentist to have new ones made . I deserve to have good dentures made . Please help me.

I will try to contact them and give them another chance to replace my messed up dentures. But if they won’t replace them then I want my refund for $3000.00 to go somewhere else. This will take more then the ten days you are allotting me . It can take up to two months.

I had an argument with the Cascade dental before (almost 2 years) and am waiting their corrected formal bill/letter until today, I received an email from **********************.

They sold my information to the third part instead of contact me!!!!!!

My previous experience told me that they will asked me to pay the big amount without their formal letter. (the bill amount was generated from September visiting. According my insurance company, I only owe them $*****, but they asked me pay more than $***. I had visited their office five more times and negotiated two times over the phone from Oct. 2019 to July 2020. they always sent me a letter to ask me to pay the big amount instead of solving problems, even threatening me. Finally, I left a message through their online form, they said sorry and told me about six week waiting time, but I never heard from them since that time, Tue, Sep 1, 2020 )

Now I was asked to pay $****** (from **********************. )
I doubt that leaving me there two years, then sold my information to the third part is the new way for them to collect money from me!!!!!

Can somebody help me to solve this problem?

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/30) */
We explained to Ms. **** that we do not sell our information but simply use a collection agency to help collect a debt. We did not receive payment from her or her insurance for her daughters filling completed on 9/4/2019. We were in contact with Ms. **** to figure out the insurance matter in 2019/2020 but there was a language barrier & not sure if she understood. The account did go to collections a year later when no payment was received from either party. Now it is 2 years later with this complaint. We filled out forms on 2 separate occasions to get payment from her insurance and sent many statements of what her portion was before sending it to collections a year later. During our most recent communications with Ms. ****, we told her we will dismiss the debt and will not dispute the debt. We have since notified the collection agency as of 8/24/2022 but She does not understand. We are no longer trying to collect this debt and tried to explain it has been dismissed.

    Thanks BBB for the help!

I choose "YES" just because that I do not want waste time on it anytime!

I strongly don't recommend this company to your recommendation list. The Cascade Dental worked very **************. I have all letters and emails they sent to me on file to support my conclusion. I wish that I never visit them before. They made me feel scared to see dentists anymore.
