    This business is a joke and they are the most unprofessional people I have even met. They billed someone I know 2 times for staying in one of there houses because they knew he had a horrible memory problem. When that person wanted to sign a release so they could talk to me they made sure to leave out that person's financial information which is funny because they think they are going to get away with it but they aren't and I promise them that. They can avoid us all they want and try turning us into adult protective services when really they are they ones that need a complaint on them which is what's going to happen next. How am I taking advantage of a loved one when I bought them a bed knowing I was going to have to wait to be refunded in almost 2 weeks but yet I'm using this person that I go see once a week and help do anything they need because Bert and Nash have horrible case management team. They are nasty people that use people and it's disgusting.
