    I pre-ordered (order #****) from Luminook Lighting to receive early access to the product (LED Pantry Lighting strip and high-capacity battery packs) on February 1, 2021. I paid $******. I received confirmation of the order on February 1, 2021, with a note the estimated shipping date was March 2021. From then on, I continuously received update emails from the company explaining different challenges and delays they faced. These emails were received on 6/7/21, 7/31/21, 9/20/21, 10/7//21, 11/2/21, and 12/18/21. Since December 18, 2021, there have been no communications from the company. I've attempted to reach out to them multiple times with no response.     On 4/9/2021 paid for lighting products. $******. Product was to be made. Covid hit and then had troubles with mfg. sent a letter in late 2021 explaining this and I should get my order in 2022. Websites is down. No return calls or emails. I'm out ***$

    Backed their crowdfunding campaign for Luminook for $*** on June 10, 2020. Received numerous excuses for development and shipping delays only for them to finally disappear without issuing any refunds to any of their paying customers. Their lighting product simply doesn't exist! It was a fraud. The company no longer has a working website and there is no successful way of reaching either Luminook as a company or the founder as an individual.

    I placed an order on their website in October 2021. I got an email about supply chain issues in December 2021. Monthly I send an email asking about the status of my order and never here anything back. Now their website is down. They just took my money and never delivered any product. *********************************** They advertise a very useful product, but just take your money and disappear. I would really like the product delivered or the money returned.

    Placed an order with Luminook Order #**** in the amount of ******. This order has yet to be delivered and it has been over a year. Keep getting emails to be patient but now company has stopped responding

    I placed a pre-order with Luminook for an in-development product 08/21. First, I'm WELL aware of supply chain issues, worker shortage and delays in production overall, so I have zero problems with this. I have reached out to them numerous times via various channels to request an update on ETA or even status of product production. My latest correspondence is asking about a refund, because frankly, I can't wait any longer for this to happen and need to figure out another solution. There have been zero replies in 6 months, and only 1 update the prior 6. I don't know what else to do at this point and while $*** doesn't seem like a lot, it is to me - especially when I've clearly been duped, scammed, or whatever the case may be that I don't imagine I'll ever receive what I paid for.

    I ordered lighting with this company off ********. At first I got a few updates always saying there was some problem but asking for our patience. In April 2022 I emailed them asking for an update. Nothing. In May 2022 I emailed them (through BBB) and got a generic response saying please be patient some more. Still nothing. They may find my order ********************** zipcode *****.
