5 starsAs a Lawrence local I knew I could trust Crown Toyota to help me find my new truck. I was lucky enough to have **** as my car salesman. Although I found my new truck at a different Toyota dealership, **** was extremely helpful along the entire car buying process. We sat down and chose a TRD pro Tundra, we drove a few vehicles at Crown and **** answered my questions for weeks to come. 5 starsMyk B**** greeted us when we arrived at the Crown Toyota dealership and worked with us as we considered several different models and options. As prior Crown customers we were used to their low pressure approach, and Myk did not disappoint. When we didn't find what we were looking for he suggested waiting to see a car currently in transit. After we selected a vehicle he helped us move comfortably through the test drive, trade-in, purchase and delivery processes. During the signing and title transfer Chase moved us quickly through the paperwork without pushing service or warranty options we had already told Myk we did not want. We have purchased several different makes over the last 50 years but since 2007 this is our third consecutive Toyota. Their quality cars are one big reason, but the Crown dealership, its service department, and people like Myk and Chase are another.Review fromJeanine B

We completed our purchase of a new Toyota Camry XLE yesterday with Teddy at Crown Toyota in Lawrence. Teddy was extremely attentive and helpful with our experience. He made the car buying experience very pleasant. He was very friendly, and we expect that he will be the same if and when we have questions as we get used to our new vehicle. After being a loyal customer of a Nissan dealership on the Missouri side and being treated poorly we drove to Lawerence and looked at vehicles and had salesman Randy Disoso. He treated us extremely well. He didn’t try to pressure us into buying anything and took time with us. The experience didn’t end there however. Kudos to Zac that worked with us on our deal and to Chase that worked the financing. One might think this was all a fluke but we returned the following weekend and bought another vehicle and dealt with the same people and had the same experience. They treat you with respect with I think is rare in this industry. Thank you to all of you for a wonderful experience!Crown Toyota

5 starsI worked with Stephanie, she greeted me with a smile as I was getting out of my car in parking lot. She took me inside and listened to what I was looking for In a truck. She worked with me and nevered pressured me into buying a truck. She worked on worked on getting me the best deal. She got everything done she said would get done. I appreciate that she worked with me and for me. She followed up with a card and phone call to see how I was doing and how owning a truck was going. 5 starsPleasantly surprised with everything at Crown Toyota. We traveled there from out of town not knowing what to expect, it was well worth the trip. The Rav4 was just what I had been looking for and we ended up buying it. David Wiglesworth was the salesman that helped us, and we found him to be very personable, professional and informative.
