      I ordered food on December 16th I was order number 93. It took over 30 minutes to get my food. After I went back thru the drive thru because everyone else AFTER me was getting their food. I burned through literally 10 miles of gas waiting for my food. Then after I said something I had to wait even more. I was told they didn't forget about me but a 30 minute order if exactly that. What I want is burger kings district manager contact me about this location. I want that entire site to go 10 hours working without eating. I was literally on a lunch break for a 15 hour shift and I didn't even get to eat my food. I have medical condition that requires me to eat or I will have issues. Now I am having those issues. Burger King owes me an explanation and I want to talk to a district manager. They need to hear this and see it. I know if my district manager for store hear we were doing this bad I would be fired.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Nothing has fixed this issue with this Burger King. If they want this compliant settled then they need to actually make contact. I want the district manager to see how terrible that burger king location is. It's not fair that we gotta deal with this and then burger king does oh we will get to it when we get to it. If they can't produce someone for me to talk to them clearly they don't care enough. If that's the case then they can have a negative review. They claim you are the king but that's just a bloody lie. They don't care about customer service. Here I am the customer and nothing is being done.

      I order from burger King through ******** I received my food sealed me and my son was eating the fries and I seen something crawling on them I looked in the bag it had bugs all in the bag all over the food I have videos this is very unsanitary I contacted ******** they said I need to contact burger king I called them they told me they can't do anything nobody wants to take responsibility for this this food came from burger King not door dash nobody has offered me my money back or try to fix the issue this is very disgusting and also how people get sick nothing got resolved and I would hate for it to happen to someone else I have the videos it won't let me upload them here is there another way I can send them

      The Burger King Company advertises "chicken finger fries" on TV showing a cute fairly large cardboard container with several fries sticking up three or four inches out of the top of the box.
      However, when I purchased my first trial order of that product for $**** at Burger King's drive-thru ** ** **** * ******* ** ****** this afternoon, I was surprised and disappointed to find a much smaller box closed and with the fries much shorter than they appeared to be in the TV ad.
      In my opinion this is a blatant example of false or misleading advertising, which should be corrected.

      false advertising that hours are made up there never at work they close at noon everyday.

      I did not receive a receipt through the drive-thru. Tracy the manager was screaming at the top of her lungs at me and the employees. She yelled at the employees and told them they never get a day off. She screamed at me for a long time for no reason-regarding a legitimate coupon. *** *** **** ***** She broke my phone case. Dropped my phone case. Her teeth and hair and hands were dirty and she had foam coming out her mouth. I said thank-you. ***** ** **** *** ****
