    On Thursday, May 9, I ordered the flower arrangement "Bee Inspired", which in the picture on the business website (see attached) has abundant dark pink roses with tiny pink flowers in a square vase. Right after I ordered, I called the shop and asked to change that selection to "Lush Garden" (see second attached picture), which has white roses, pink roses and a large spray of other flowers and greens. I was told that since the two selections were the same price, there would be no problem in exchanging them. The flowers were being sent to my cousin on the first anniversary of her son's death from cancer. The arrangement that she actually received was neither of the selections that I made, and it was much sparser in the number of flowers than "Lush Garden". She did not get what I so carefully picked out for her, and I'm very disappointed in this shop, and in the person I spoke there with on Thursday. Since they did not deliver what I paid for, I would like a full refund. Note that I do NOT want the business to send a second bouquet, as that would be confusing to my cousin.

    First, this is the first time I have seen this complaint. To my knowledge the client has NOT contacted us directly with any issues. The order for ****** ***** was filled to the dollar value of 69.99. This was the listed price for the bouquet. There was an e-florist fee of 7.99. a delivery fee of 15.99 and Kansas sales tax, which brought the order to 102.71.  We fill each order to full value and as close to the photos as possible. Remember photos on any website have been taken by professionals with perfect lighting and filters. Each flower has different characteristics that show and photograph differently each time they are designed. There is definitely a front side and a back side to each arrangement. I can not open the photos you have sent. I will list the flowers designed in this order along with the pricing in our store.

    This order was filled to the item  Beverly ordered and to value and delivered at the appropriate time. There is no refund necessary . Side note......I personally know of ****** *****. **** ***** is the mother of ***** ********, who is my chiropractor. We have only received praise on any and all orders received by this family.
