    My vehicle was towed to a dealership by them on 5/20 and they 1, the call to get a tow was made before the end of their business hours but the vehicle wasn’t picked up until after so they failed to mention that their was an after hours fee or I would’ve waited to get my vehicle towed until the next day. 2, they double charged me because my key “wasn’t” in the vehicle and it was so a bill that should have been $160 ended up jumping to $280 because of their own incompetence and they wouldn’t do anything about it even though it was their mistake and not mine. When the vehicle made it to **** ****** they paid for it with an agreement that I’d pay for it during pick up if the issue my vehicle was having wasn’t their fault. And **** ****** even made them aware that the key would be in the vehicle, so it’s the tow company that disregarded looking in the cup holder that costed me an extra $120 I could’ve used to support my family.

    The
     dealership contacted us for the tow. The
    call notes stated the customer was bringing the keys back to the vehicle and she was
    leaving them in the gas tank. Upon arrival the keys were not located. She did
    not answer her phone when the driver tried to contact her. He did leave and
    have to go back for the vehicle. The charges were corrected after her first
    complaint and us talking to the dealership. Our invoice to the dealership is $85 for the
    tow and 16 loaded miles at $5 a mile. It was also discounted 20%. Our total
    bill sent to the dealership ended up being $132.  She does not pay us directly and we cannot
    control what the dealership charges their customers. We will not be refunding the
    bill.
