      The servicing tech is not fully emptying the dumpster, and is cherry picking bags to be removed. This has caused a rodent issue.

      Thank you for letting us know what is going on. As you know we also have office hours and an email for issues such as this as well.We have had freezing weather for the last 2 months and this allows certain items to freeze in the bottoms of containers after any moisture gets inside. I'm not sure of what was left behind but the container was switched out for a newer version about 6 months ago at your request and has lids and should keep most types of animals out. The container theoretically has garbage setting in it during the week after we dump it weekly. We will work to do a better job at trying to get all of the debris from the container on the day it is scheduled, but again we cannot control the days in between.
