    While installing an AC unit, the employee messed up my furnace and it no longer worked. The Boss was called in to look at it, and decided to call in **** to look at it. They ordered parts for it, and **** came back out to install the parts on Thursday. He came back again on Friday and Monday to attempt to get it working. On Monday he said "good luck" and walked out, deciding he couldn't fix it, even after being reminded they were the ones who broke the furnace in the first place.

    We installed a new air system in a furnace from the 1980s. We installed the ac and the furnace would not come back on due to the age we did not break her furnace and due to the age we recommended replacing the unit at cost. we tried Mutiple attempts to fix the unit at no cost to the home owner but due to another company installing non manufacture spec bypass relays we could not. the home owner was vulgar to every technician we sent out and very rude and cursing at our office staff. we did everything we could to appease the customer but was un able to
