    DO NOT USE THIS INDIVIDUAL. Walked off my job after receiving 2/3 of the money and sent another painter to finish. Took money to start in August 23 - Did not show up to paint until July 24. Sub Par Work. Individual he sent had to redo his work that he received money for doing. Damaged my roof. Seeking legal restitution.

    Do not use this company! RUN! After waiting over 3 months for the job to start after giving him our deposit, he finally sent a guy out after we were getting ready to ask for the deposit back and go with another company. He had 1 guy show up to paint my huge house. Instead of starting on the job, the employee was out power washing his vehicle before even touching my house. Then he left a huge 2 ft diameter oil stain from the power washer on my lawn which killed the grass in that area. After all the trouble and waiting we did. Jake had THE NERVE to contact us and ask for the 2nd half of the funds for the job because he ran out of money. All the line employee did was caulk my house! He used primer, but that paint was from old jobs. I have no idea where my $3500 went because it wasn’t on my house! Jake was in Vegas prior to the job starting. Did he bet it all on black?! I don’t know! He had the audacity to ask for the rest of the money prior to completion of the job not once but TWICE!!! He said that if we didn’t give him the funds he was likely not able to resume painting our house due to lack of funds. Sounds like a YOU problem. I paid my deposit and waited 3 months for the job to start. Sounds like an issue with financial responsibility. Come to find out he didn’t pay his employee from the last job and needed our money to pay him. I refused until the job was complete. What a scammer! So unprofessional and problem after problem with him! DO NOT USE JAKES!!!!!!
