    Our dishwasher has broke down at least once a week since we moved into our house almost a year ago in July 2024. The rental that we ran from heaps coming out to fix it but not in a timely manner. It’s been over two weeks this time since they’ve beenout to fix it and today somebody was supposed to come out and nobody showed up again. I have spent many days waiting on a repair person to come that never shows up. We are fed up with this issue we wouldlike it fixed properly. We pay almost $3000 a month to live in this house and everything has went wrong in it and they don’t fixanything properly ever. They are slumlords. They are very rude as well.

    There has been three days in the last two weeks they have had me sit home from 8 AM to 5 PM waiting on a repair person that never showed up. I wasted three days took off work to stay home waiting for repair man that never came. It’s very irritating and annoying and we want this resolved and have a dishwasher fixed and fixed properly for the rest of the time that we’re living here.

    Since being made aware of the issues, we have been in regular contact with the home warranty company to coordinate repairs. The warranty provider dispatched several vendors over the course of this process. While some were temporarily able to get the dishwasher working, the problem continued to reoccur after a few days. Recently a new vendor was sent out and was able to accurately diagnose the problem with the dishwasher. The necessary parts were ordered and installed, as of today, the dishwasher is fully operational. 

    We understand the inconvenience this situation may have caused and appreciate the resident's patience while we worked through the warranty process to achieve a lasting resolution.
