  Unfortunately, I felt mislead by ExamFX. When I purchased my course package of over $230 I did not realize they have a 60 days expiration. They still charge you to extend the course another $30. I was told by their customer service rep Layla, the purpose for this is because of several reasons: students are getting the most recent version of the course, not to linger on the material, and to prevent sharing of the course material as upon agreed to terms. Why I don't understand is why charge me another $30 to get the same course as purchased but still have the same reasons to terms. There is no button confirming the expiration time. I take responsibility of not reading the contract thoroughly and appreciate the courtesy offer of 2 week extension, but it does not negate the fact that with my being one of the higher cost packages, I get the excuse that the version of the course can change, or It's trying to prevent me from sharing the information. There is still risks of people sharing the information if you give them 60 days either way! It's frustrating because I was hoping to get into this course and go at my own pace. I work full-time and have a family. Another issue is the risk of the information that I just paid and studied for changing when the time of me taking the test comes?! What sense does that make... and how much would the information change if it's a state test?!

  Well i am adding to the list I guess? I hope anyone considering purchasing this program to look elsewhere. They have a 1 hour review limit of the product and their VIDEO LECTURE album is embedded 2 min recap videos throughout the program. The chapters are long webpages that cannot be selected or copied. So if you do not know a word, you are unable to copy and search the word for further definition. Also the exam questions are pathetic. The info is helpful and if I spent the time to go through the whole program it might be of value but their explanation of terms are little hover links. It's quite bad.

  Joseph purchased an online self paced education course on 4/21/24. ExamFX Refund policy is presented at time of purchase and included in receipt emailed post purchase. ExamFX stands behind our product with a pass Guarantee, something none of our competitors offer. ExamFX Courses do contain Security measures for Intellectual Property Protection that prevent copy and paste of the content. This is not uncommon for online education courses. We offer an appendix, formulas, rules, and Glossary of terms sections within the Chapters to aid users in learning the key items and material. Joseph purchased the course and due to the amount of usage is not eligible for a refund. Joseph was informed of this via email when he requested a refund from our Support Team The refund request for your course has been denied. In order to be eligible for a refund the following conditions apply: • Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase • Customer has spent less than one hour within the course • Customer has not accessed any exams • Customer has not earned a certificate of completion (if applicable to product purchased) Refunds will not be granted for failure to complete study materials or failure to attend lecture(s) when purchased. Access to online study materials will be terminated upon refund approval. Course extensions, digital add-on products and in-course purchases are non-refundable.

  This review is solely based on my recent interactions with this company as I did not have any issues when I was originally referred to them by the company that I was working on for initial license test. The issue that I experienced was with their product offerings for continuing education life/health for the state of California. Their main page has a detailed listing of all of their available classes; of which (2) ethics classes were listed. Ethics class is a requirement for license renewals. Upon getting to the end of my required credits, I asked how I would access the course and was told it is not available for California. My original stance was aimed at educating the company to have it listed on the main page that it is not available in all states. They purposely don't let you know this information and require patrons to go through each course listed in the registration, which is what's done after seeing what's offered, to make sure they align (well every other course on the main screen is offered except ethics). On top of trying to insult my intelligence, I was given the complete runaround (being told to email then told to call then told to email again), not given an opportunity to escalate the issue, and left to now make it a point to warn others. It's a deceptive business model, offer something for a price (39.99) and then take parts out of the package. The interesting thing is that I was already set and registered with webce (their competitors) and went with them because they offered a better price only to end up needing to go through webce to complete what's needed. This organization has shown no integrity, no accountability, no customer service, and no remediation in the situation.

  Denice purchased a CE Library on 11/16/23 from us. During the registration process we provide a list of the courses contained inside the Library. User see the list of courses offered once they select the Library. We also provide this same list on our website at:

  Our Support team was contacted by Denise on 12/6 and our team explained we do not offer the Ethics courses and Denice would need to obtain them from another provider.

  ExamFX provides the list of courses offered in the Library. We do not explain all the courses not included, This is standard practice for online libraries.

  ExamFX requires all escalations be in writing. Denice was informed of this when she spoke to our Support team. Denice emailed our Escalations team and we provided the following information:

We do have approval for Ethics in many other states, which is why you see generic information about those.   We apologize that Denice misunderstood our course offerings and are glad to hear she was able to complete her CE hours to renew her license. ExamFX has not misrepresented our offering.   Horrible experience with this company ExamFX. They had no remorse or care at all that I wanted a refund due to their system not working for me. Their study guide set up is horrible! The videos and words to read are not working hand in hand. The practice test asks questions that weren’t mentioned in the study guide. It’s not a good system at all! DON’T USE THIER SERVICES! They say that the “ExamFX Refund policy is presented on thier website, during customer registration, and included on the receipt” but… I don’t recall seeing this at all! I then filled out the contact form to request a refund and didn’t hear back from anyone so a week later I called them and said hey I requested a refund within 48 hours and they said no I can’t get my refund because I used the system more than an hour. But how are you supposed to know if the system works for you or not in less than an hour? I wasn’t even able to get through part 1 study guide until like 5 hours!! So that makes no sense to say you can’t get a refund if you used it more than an hour when the process of study takes weeks! So why do you only get an hour to decide!? Wrong and injustice! This company is ripping people off and it’s not right! I tell everyone I don’t care what insurance company or other that you were trying to get into don’t use this company’s services to get into it. Unless I get my refund and you change your unfair company practice of stealing peoples money this review stays up. Do the right thing and change your policy and also give me my hard earned money back!! That’s Not your money! Your system is horrible that’s MY money give me it back ExamFX

  Theres a reason a company wouldnt leant to be accredited by the BBB ACCOUNTABILITY. They claim to be the leaders of ******************** yet they struggle to report agents completed courses to the state. I would not recommend this company for CE CREDITS PLEASE GO TO WEB CE they have class. Cant give them 0 ?
