      This company has sent me an invoice * ******* on January 27, 2025 for money they say I owe them from 3.12.2021.
      they say unfortunately, we have no choice but to invoice you for sales tax tht we should have collected back in 2021. here is their offer.
      1 if i pay in 30 days they will issue a transferable store credit (as good as cash) for 125% of the amount i paid towards my next purchase. I DON'T INTEND TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.
      2. As an alternative, if I pay 75% of the tax due within 30 days, they will pay the remainder of the tax due.
      Now i was born, but i was not born yesterday. This sounds like one of the worst scams I have heard of yet. As a matter of fact I was born 68 years ago. At this age I am really tired of Scam Junkies knocking on my door every day of the week.
      I live in Oklahoma, and they want me to send the money to that address I gave you in Mission, KS. (laughing) Now, If i were them I would have set up an office in Delaware were they have zero laws or restrictions on doing this.

      I really do hope you can find anyone else that they are doing this to and STOP this harrassment. Tell them to fire their partner/CFO, and get someone in that position that knows how to do the job.

      Hello -  no I have not received anything from that company.  I still think it is a fraud.  You pay them and they will give you 125% money back to spend in their company?!  I don't think so.  *****

      Please see the attached initial collections letter mailed November 2024, which explains the situation.  This is a very real letter and collections effort.  As explained in the letter, we misinterpreted the sales tax law change.  After an assessment from by the state of Oklahoma to us for these taxable transactions, we are attempting to collect on these past taxable transactions.  I am happy to discuss this situation further and provide any additional information or documentation as to the legitimacy that *** ******** hearing aid purchase was taxable and our efforts to address the situation.

      Received marketing mail from this business for my deceased mother. Sent a letter on May 1, 2023 by the United States Postal Service, with a copy of my mother's Death Certificate, showing her date of death as 09/20/2020, asking to have her name and my address removed from all further marketing mailers.

      Received another marketing mailer for my deceased mother on Thursday, September 14, 2023. My original letter dated May 1, 2023, informed this company that any further mailings received after 90 days from that date, I would file a claim with the Better Business Bureau AND the Federal Trade Commission.

      I have done my due diligence by completing the United States Postal Service Death Notification.
      I have contacted the company directly and requested the mailings to cease.

      We deeply regret that we couldn't remove the patient's name from our mailing list as swiftly as the consumer had hoped. Please be assured that we have taken the necessary actions on our part to rectify this situation. We have diligently reported the information to our systems and have implemented all measures within our control to ensure that the patient will no longer receive any communications from us.
      It's important to note that our business does not send marketing mail directly; rather, we collaborate with multiple mailing houses. We've been informed that the process of completely removing a consumer's name from all mailing houses can take anywhere from 4 to 6 months. Each mailing house follows its own specific procedure. However, I want to reiterate that we have taken every possible step on our end to prevent the patient from receiving any further marketing materials from us.
