  Hired Pipeline Sprinkler Systems on 04/27/2023. Agreement was he would a sprinkler system in my front yard. IGave him $1700 on 04/27/2023 and $300 on 04/28/2023. After giving him the money on Friday he told me that he would have the system in by Monday. So I reminded him that I was paying rest by credit card. Talked to my agent she stated that the whole yard needed a sprinkler system not just part. Called **** ****** for Pipeline Sprinkler Systems and after talking to him he said we only agreed up on front yard and north side of house. Informed him not so. He said in order for him to other side of front and south side it was gonna cost me $2400 more. I asked if he would at least do other side of front and south for $1700 and he said no his partner ***** said $2400. I told him that he misunderstood me and then he hung up on me. Called ******* *** and stopped payment from Friday til we could get this resolved. Called him back several times on Saturday but he did not answer. So received call from ***** ****** of GP Irrigation on 04/29/2023 and explained to him what was going on and what he thought. ***** ****** stated that first all for a front yard they tried to upcharge for price. The did not run wires right. And for the side that they did was over kill. A cheap back flow system was put in. All they did was tap into water no electrical connections had been completed. Called **** ****** back on Sunday 04/30/2023 and left a message. Called him back on 05/01/2023 but got nowhere. Got GP Irrigation to come in and finish sprinkler systyem on 05/04/2023 Was told later told by real estate agent that **** ****** from Pipeline Sprinkler Systems contacted her. She said he called the title company Platinum Title and they have put part of my proceeds on hold ($5000) until this gets rectified. And that he is threatening to put a lean on the house. Called and tried to talk to him but he said it is his partner ***** that feels that they should get the whole $3800.

  Stacy Adams called Tuesday April 25 2023 with a request for an urgent sprinkler installation in a home he already sold. I stopped by for an estimate saw a sold sign in his front lawn with an empty sprinkler controller mounted in the garage wall. Stacy wanted to complete system by closing date which was in 3 working days, he approves the project to Install Sprinkler System fop front and North Side only for $4151.50 and then requested a $100 back for his existing sprinkler controller. He paid 1900 in cash and 2151.50 in credit card. Since it was a rush job we started immediately. When the system was near completion ( 2hours of work left) Before coming back for finishing on Monday as agreed, (as indicated in his text messages) he had a change of hearth.  Stacy texted that Sunday demanding a full sprinkler system for the whole yard with an offer to add an extra $500 or he will put us out of business. Stacy then disputed the credit card payment of 2151.50 and funds were taken from us. He denied us access to the property and took all the hand tools and ladder. Please see the attached text messages..

  **** did not do the whole front yard like he was suppose to only did part of front yard, and then told if I wanted the whole front yard done I had pay another $2400 which I was not gonna do. We had a dispute on what was actually agreed upon, so cancelled payment on my credit card til we could come to terms.  Tried to talk to **** to get this all resolved but he was basically like no So, I told him since we cannot agree do not come back and I will get someone to finish it cause it needed to be done by Monday May 1st. Found someone else ** ********** ***** ****** * ************ and they finished the system on May 4th. **** and I have no contract and I have contacted my lawyer ******** ***** ************ and informed her of this dispute.  She has tried to talk to **** to resolve this issue but she said he was being impossible. I have also contacted some other ******* ****** agencies about this.  I want this posted as well so that nobody else gets duped by him and his company.
