I purchased a shirt in store and after one wear and one wash it is no unwearable. It has faded on patches. I contacted the company via their ‘bot’ and got nowhere. I am in a different country so can’t call or text so tried social media and got nowhere response. I also tried the email address on the website but it said it was undeliverable. I would like a refund on the item as it is very poor quality.Business Response

Of the 6 Buffalo Bills glasses I ordered as a gift, 4 were broken or crushed. Because this was a gift no one took a picture of the damage. Rally House refuses to replace the broken glasses. I Ordered Super Bowl Eagles Jersey January 28th. They said they shipped it Feb 3rd. Received nothing. Then they shipped out another one Feb 14th. Still received nothing. Then they said it was out of stock. This item wasn’t out of stock when I ordered it. My order was NOT prioritized correctly. I told them I wanted the jersey and I didn’t want a refund. On 1/23/2025 I purchased a $40 XXL Ohio State National Champions Tshirt for my husband at the *********** Rally House location. The shirt ran small and didn't fit. My husband tried to return the shirt to the location with the receipt. He was told the manager said they will not return a "hot item" shirt. Nowhere is this posted in the store nor on the receipt. I attempted to call customer service and left a message to get no return call. So now we are stuck with a shirt that doesn't fit because of a return policy that doesn't exist. This is very poor customer service. Buyer beware... this store does not honor their return policy.Business Response

I purchased a Nike Creed Humphrey t-shirt on Saturday February 1st for $50.79 by ApplePay through their website. They committed to sending me the correct item, but instead I got an alternate Chiefs item which was not what I ordered and it was fulfilled through the Wichita store through their website--I recieved the shirt on 2/4/2025. I contacted customer service and was told I would have to print off a label and return it to them when it was incorrect on their part to begin with. I now won't have the item I requested in time AND they are telling me that instead of shipping the correct item to me, they are waiting on me to send them back the item before they do anything. They were not accommodating when I said I didn't have a printer and would have to travel to another local town to a UPS store to have them print the label and return the item as well. At this point I now just want a refund which again they said they won't issue until the incorrect item is returned. I now will shop elsewhere with them since I have had this happen with other company's and they will issue a replacement right away as it was their mistake, and the problem was taken care of.Initial Complaint

On 1/18/2025 I returned a product and received a receipt stating the refund for 72.07. I waited until February 1, 2025 and went to the store as I have yet to receive the refund. Customer service stated I it has left their account and was refunded to be that I needed to check my financial institution whom can not do anything for a refund. I then chatted with them on Monday and was told they would check with accounting, no response back for over 16 hours. I then started a new chat on Tuesday 2/4 with being told the money left their account and that is all they will do. I still have not received my refund. I had also returned another item on Feb 1 and receive my refund on Feb 3rd. So my refund should not take this long to get to me. I offered statements to show proof that I have not received it and have gotten no response.Customer Answer

Ordered a hat on 9/6/24. Received it a couple weeks later. It was the wrong size so I returned it for a refund just a couple of days later. . I have received nothing via email or text from Rally House about my refund. Purchased online 3 items December 2, 2024. Shipment promised within 10 days. After several weeks of no change in shipping status I reached out to Rally House and cancelled the order. There was no problem on their end since the order never shipped. Was promised a credit. No credit as of Jan 15th.
The original order was $ 119.29 (less -$7.99 and less -$ 37.10) and with applied credits the amount they owe me is $ 74.20.
I contacted Rally House again and the agent did indicate that a credit was due. To date I have not received the credit. Today, I received a notice that my order shipped!!!!. I a was provided with an email indicating the order was cancelled, however that does not appear to be the case. The actual credit due is 74.20. I have received a partial credit (on shipping and one item)

1/7/25 - Order placed via online shopping. Also, received a detailed confirmation email regarding items purchased for order #10815118.
1/8/25 - Credit card charged $36.62
Dispute: Per UPS Tracker ********************** *ally House requested a "Return to Sender" on 1/8/25. On 1/14/25 I received an email from Rally House stating they received the returned items. I tried contacting the business by phone. After cycling through automated questions I was put on hold. I waited for 1 HOUR AND 19 MINUTES until I had to hang up. I tried using their website chat, but because it was "outside business hours" it read that someone was going to email me. No one did. I tried texting and got nowhere with the autobot. It cycled through generalized questions, and told me someone will contact me via email.
1/14/25 - My credit card is credited $28.25. A difference of $8.37 from the original charge.
1/17/25 - I FINALLY get a response via email that read, "This could be sent back due to address." Rally House also gave me a code to reorder my items. How idiotic is that?! Why would I want to risk ordering from this inept business again? Why should I be charged for shipping when I didn't even receive the items purchased? Especially if I wasn't the one who canceled the order!Customer Answer

I was contacted by Rally House on Jan 22, 2025. Per Mike, said they would be refunding my shipping cost ($8.37). One week later on Jan 29 I see no $8.37 credit posted on my credit card. I contact RH, again, to ask how long the credit would take. Per Mike, it will take 2-10 business days. Fast forward to today, 15 business days since Jan 22, and still no shipping credit of $8.37 posted to my credit card. I will make an attempt to contact the company yet again.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 11/27/24. I received and it was the wrong size. I went through the return process and shipped it back out on 12/9/24. I tracked it back to them and they received the item on 12/19/24. I still have NOT received my refund. I emailed them on 12/22, 12/29 and on 12/30 and received no response. So on 1/3/25 I called them and it automatically puts you to an automated system with no option to speak with anyone, so I had to leave a message and AGAIN no response!! Very disappointing!!
