    We Made a recent purchase December 2023. 2 of the 3 items (chairs) each had 1 part that was defective. The paint was flaking off and the metal underneath the paint was rusted.
    I reached out immediately and sent photos. The items in question is a kickplate on a chair, and as a consumer, I can find those easily if I want to spend $5 each. The problem is, they would not exactly match the third chair so would have to replace all 3. Additionally, it would require painting so an additional minimal cost for this. I reached out to eBedding4you asking them to replace the 2 damage plates. You would think that I have asked them to replace the whole chair. They give zero customer assistance- in fact, the phone number listed on their site does not get you to an actual person.
    Now, I’m questioning the overall quality of the items And I am sitting in limbo waiting for them to do something.
    Having to spend additional money ($30-$35) to repair brand new items is absolutely ridiculous!!! While they indicate on their site that they claim they take care of the customer. NOT. In this case, they have actually gone out of their way, not to do that and to make this whole process MORE DIFFICULT!!!!!
    Absolutely would suggest you go elsewhere! I have asked to return the items or for an allowance to repair them (with no labor charges to them) and again, they are doing absolutely ZERO to help.
    Would not recommend this company, and would never purchase from them again. Seriously disgusted!

    Hello. Thank you for your response. I believe I can get repaired for $40 -$50. The verbal options I have been given are to remove, sand, paint and replace or purchase new (to confirm no future rust issues), sand, paint, and attach. Thank you for your assistance.

    -Chairs as described- Ordered 6 chairs-they only had 3. EBedding did refund the charges and shipping for the 3 they did not have. There was a minor issue with 2 chairs needing 2 parts replaced but eBedding took care of the problem. Thank you
