    I ordered 3 try on dresses from JJ’s House. One fit great. I returned all the try on dresses and ordered the one that I wanted in the color I wanted.

    My order began with a question during a chat with the company. Asking what it would cost to have the dressed hem. The response was, “we can hem it 2”. No fee was mentioned.

    I placed the order. Email confirmation had nothing about the 2” hem. I reached out via email to confirm and was then told I would have to have the dress custom made. I have the emails back and forth from that corespondents. In the end, I did agree to custom made, which meant I could not return the dress. The company did not charge me for custom made which is generally a $20 additional fee.

    Typical with custom made, you send in all of your measurements. I only asked for a 2” hem.

    The dress arrived with the following issues:

    The hem had a flaw where the threads were knotted.
    The waistband had a few loose threads which causes the band to sag.
    The dress arrived from China in a box 10”x8”. It was crammed in this small box, so wrinkled I will have to pay to have it steamed to wear.
    The armholes are bigger in this dress than the try on one I had ordered and tried on. I ordered the dress based on how the try on dress fit.

    I have sent emails, pictures of the damage, and tried to chat. After 24 hours, here’s their response

    They offered me 30% refund for the hem, I can fix it myself.
    The did not address the waistband issue.
    They apologized for the shipping saying they do it that way to keep costs down. I paid $20 for the item to ship.
    They did not address the larger armhole issue.
    I was told I cannot return the dress because it was custom made. They gave me a link to remind of their return policy.
    I would also like to mention, when you look on their site they have a size chart. The dress size I ordered was a size 4, with a hem 2” shorter. My order has the exact same measurements as the online size chart. It was not made custom.

    Purchased a dress from JJs house on 3-1-23, the cost was $127.00 which included shipping. The dress does not fit. I have contacted JJs House thru thier web site. They promised a return label and full refund. The label was never received. They also promised to contact me within 24 hours of receiving my request. They never mad contact with me.

    I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding from JJshouse and unfortunately it did not fit. I went through all the necessary measures and I returned the dress intact. The way I received I returned it. I received notice that they received the dress and they agreed to give my a $190 voucher instead of a refund, which I was okay with. The problem is that whenever I intend to use the coupon code they gave me, to purchase other dresses it consistently tells me that the coupon code does not belong to me. I've chatted on line with their people and have tried repeated times to use this coupon code, but to no avail. They have their dress back, now I would simply like my money back that's all.
