    This organization has apparently gone out of business. I purchased many items from them but I cannot access my account. I have tried to contact to no avail. I either want a refund or have access to my purchases.

    Customer has received all orders and has not placed any orders since 2021. 

    Customer submitted his last order in December 2021 and then in February 2022 customer opened a fraudulent chargeback/dispute [Case ID **************] on his last order. 

    No further orders will be accepted once a customer opens a fraudulent chargeback [2+ months after he already received his order].

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I did not request any fraudulent charge complaint. My wife saw a charge on my checking account and reported it unaware that it was something I ordered. We are senior citizens and we are suspect to fraudulent charges on the past. I did contact OTR explaining. However, I was never told that my account would be closed. Also I purchased in good faith many downloads and I want access to those. Please reopen my Account so I can at least enjoy my past purchases. If this is not rectified by 9/1/22 I will take further action.

    ****** ******'s last paid order was in 2021-12-31.  He had access to all his programs and then 40 days later (2022-02-09), he opened a fraudulent chargeback/dispute [Case ID **************] on his order.  

    This fraudulent dispute caused a reversal of funds, dispute fees, and additional transaction fees debited from our small business.  His account was suspended and no funds or fees have been recovered from the unpaid order he has downloaded.

    After receiving our 2022-08-26 response to his BBB complaint which stated "No further orders will be accepted once a customer opens a fraudulent chargeback", ****** ****** attempted to bypass restrictions and used a new email address and created a new account to submit a new order and proceeded to download the content.

    ****** ****** has received everything he has paid for (which is 2021 and earlier) including two UNPAID orders he has also received. 

    We seek no further transactions or communication with ****** ******.

    Thank you for all of your help.  This company is being entirely unreasonable and it's not worth pursuing.  I did obtain an attorney, but I told her to forget it.  
    By the way, I never download anything so I do not have these recordings.  As for starting a new account, I always have had two accounts with them, and even if they blocked me I wanted to give them my business.
