      I am incredibly frustrated with the cost of the work performed by Tann Electric. **** came recommended by my property manager as a good electrician who has worked in our building before. 1) Rates were not disclosed prior to the start of work, but as he began the work only. And a rough estimate was not provided before work had commenced, but only when the final bill was presented. I, as the customer, had no idea of even an estimate of the amount that I would be liable for at the end of service.2) Outlets were left open and unsafe while he went to ********** to get new outlets and a switch. He was gone for over 1 hour on the clock for this errand 3) He was taking other calls and helping other technicians and doing other work while was on the clock for the work in my unit. He spent 15 minutes typing up the service order while still on the clock. Also, he was chatty, but the clock was running with such high rates, I would think there would be minimal engagement in communication. 4) He charged more than 3x the cost of the items that were installed in my unit. 5) I am a professional in the industry and regularly review pricing for professional electricians on major commercial construction. I understand what a reasonable rate is and Tann Electric refused to compromise on the bill or take any sort of responsibility.
