On Dec 6, 2024 I hired MVP Plumbing to fix and rectify the issue of my basement backing up. The technicians came out with a camera and assessed the issue of being a collapsed pipe. I was given a price of $6000 but after discounts it would be $5100, I was told that an excavation and new plumbing would be put in and I would not have this issue again. Three weeks later Dec 29th they were back out with me experiencing the same issue. They opened the line and now as of Feb 2nd 2025 my basement is backed up and MVP is doing nothing to fix the situation. I am in desperate need of help as I put all my money into them properly doing the work and I have gasses filling my home. It is not safe nor is there any decency in what they have done or left me with other than trying to make me pay for things to fix the situation and that is what I paid them as professionals for.

This has been resolved.  We did a sewer repair for the client that fixed the issue with her line but she was still backing up due to an issue with the city main sewer.  Once the city cleared their line, all was well and clients is flowing as they should

In September 2023 we hired MVP to do extensive work to both our plumbing and electric to bring our house up to date. On Sept 29th, we found a significant leak under our kitchen sink and called their after hours service to come fix it. We were told the hot water pipe had not been tightened properly and that it had been leaking for approximately 11 days. There was significant water coming through the floor into our basement and we were told MVP would send a company out with industrial fans to dry it out to prevent damage--this never happened. We tried following up with them multiple times, and then in September 2024 found we had a significant mold problem due to their negligence in following up with their original mistake.

I have now paid nearly $10,000 in mold remediation, and need half of my kitchen replaced down to the subflooring due to their negligence, and they are claiming to not be at fault. I feel that they are responsible for all of the damages, as it was their employees that screwed up and then never followed up with fixing their mistakes, even when we contacted them to try and get it resolved multiple times. I'm now looking at nearly $80,000 to make my kitchen useable again.

We purchased an HVAC system (Heat Pump and Furnace) from APW in fall 2021. The purchase came with the standard 10 year manufacturer's warranty AND APW's 10 year labor warranty. We paid significantly more for the system through APW (vs a competitor) in order to get that 10 year labor warranty. The labor warranty required that we be an ESA member for regular maintenance. The ESA program was free for the first year, but due to issues during our installation, the Owner of APW gave us 4 free years of the ESA program.

APW sold their company to MVP in fall 2022. During the transition, MVP called us to schedule our next ESA visit which occurred in October 2022. Both on the phone call and during their visit (through multiple people) we were assured and promised that MVP would honor ALL commitments and warranties. We specifically asked about our 4 free years of ESA and the 10 year labor warranty. We were assured by both the office staff (who confirmed with MVP leadership) and the tech who came to my house that both the 4 years of free ESA and the 10 year labor warranty would be honored and that they could see the documentation in the system confirming that was what was promised to us. The technician tried to sell us the MVP's Membership Plan but agreed that it made sense to wait until after our 4 year ESA (which was free) expired and that either way, we would be serviced by MVP.

My wife called MVP this spring (2023) to schedule my spring maintenance appointment and was told we were no longer in their service area so they would not honor the agreements (4 free years of ESA and the 10 year labor warranty).

I would like MVP to honor their word and keep these agreements (4 free years of ESA and the 10 year labor warranty).

    Good morning,

I apologize for the miscommunication.  We will absolutely take care of them.  We are currently reaching out to schedule the next appointment
