      Please ignore my previous old review(somehow BBB doesn't let me delete it). Everything changed for the worst with SLF, we did not receive any monthly payments for months, my money were not returned when I asked for and definitely I'm extremely worried about my investment if I ever get it back!

      There are other investments that are more transparent and pay out their investors according to their PPM or close to what was projected.
      Payouts were steady for the first few months and then stopped completely. Where are the rent payments going if the investors are getting nothing?
      There are lots of other investment choices out there so stay clear of this fund.

      If you would have asked me before December, I would’ve said this has been an amazing investment. Obviously it’s disappointing to be told you will receive monthly payments and then for three straight months you receive nothing. I’m getting ready to wire $400,000 to another investment that could’ve been wired to this investment. Had they been more honest and upfront about promises made and not kept. I would not recommend this investment to anyone at this time and can’t wait till I get my money back so that I can get into something that doesn’t keep me up at night

      I invested with SLF in December 2023.
      I was paid for 11months on time, then received a phone call saying there will be a delay due to the Holidays.
      Here we are at the end of Jan 2024, and still no payment.
      They are now saying that they will make up Dec payment at end of this month, then suspends all further payments till mid March!
      Not Good.

      At this point, after 3 years. the *** had been BY FAR the best investment I've ever made in my life. I have my income coming in every month without fail, and after I've finished my taxes, the funds k-1 even helped out the damage I would have suffered on both my federal and states return. AllnI can say is, thank God I found this investment!
