      I previously purchased some old equipment. On Monday I picked up the last one of 4 tow behind air compressors and arranged that id be there today to pickup a truck chasis with a bed on it. I texted the guy this morning after renting a trailer to haul it if he could measure the rear axle. I waited a while an when he texted me back he said someone else had gotten it.

      This complaint is unwarranted.  First-It has nothing to do with our business operations.  We advertised some junk equipment for sale, mainly wanted to just get rid of it.  Cost was minimal for purchaser.  Our mechanic, ******, handled the discussions and the transaction.  ***** ******** came out and expressed desire to purchase some other equipment not related to this complaint-which a price was agreed upon.  It was some old Smith air compressors.  He also saw this truck that he wanted that is the subject of the complaint.  Our mechanic, ******, NEVER agreed that ***** was going to receive or purchase the truck.  Everything was verball and there was never a sales agreement for this truck in question...Additionally, ***** took an extended time to pick-up the original equipment.  After finally picking the last of the original pieces, later that originally agreed to, he wanted the truck in question.  It had been sold to someone else.  This whole situation was an inconvenience to us and our mechanic due to the extended time it took to complete the ORIGINAL transaction.

      We are not in the business of selling old junk equipment, we are a landscape contractor.  This is a personal matter and the recollection by ***** ******** is incorrect.  He is just mad that he missed-out on the junk truck that once again was not part of the original deal he made with ******, our mechanic.

       There never was any sort of verbal or written agreement that committed us to selling this truck that is the subject of this compliant.

       I appreciate your attention to this complaint that is NOT related to our primary business-in which we are celebrating 30 years this year of providing quality and honesty to our customers.
