      I received a bill 8 months after a procedure ********** was not submitted through the correct insurance company. Attempts to contact the billing department have been a dead end. The account number referenced with my bill does not match their records. I have not been able to get in touch with anybody to get this resolved.

      I unclear what this organization is - the rep indicated they were a billing business. They sent me a bill that I received in Jan. 2023 for dates of service from Dec. 2021! I asked why the delay in sending the bill and they claimed to have sent the same bill every month during 2022, which is hard to believe since I never got anything until 2023. If you go to their website there's a warning of fraudulent websites impersonating them which doesn't give me a lot of confidence that paying anything online is secure. During the conversation the rep I asked to see the log of dates they sent me this bill which she would not produce so there's no real proof they ever tried. If you get a bill from this company I would only pay with check - at least you have a bank record.
