    In February 2022, i ordered a product online from KC Metal Worx. *** ****** is the owner. He has given numerous dates as to when my order would ship but it has still not shipped and he has not provided a refund. I have numerous email correspondences from J** ******. I can not call him as his voice mail is full and he is not responded to my last email. He has stolen $250 from me as I paid for the product and he has not provided it nor a refund after 8 months.
    Ordered 2-7-22
    2-18 recd email stating it would ship prior to 2-24
    3-4-22 spoke to ***, said order would ship the next week
    3-26-22 *** said order would ship on Monday and he would include an extra piece for my trouble
    4-3, messaged *** as order had not shipped
    4-5- messaged again
    4-11, messaged, emailed and contacted him via website
    4-12 *** responded calling me "*****" said my order would ship next day
    4-13- said my order would not ship and i would receive a refund as i didnt deserve his artwork
    I left a negative review on his FB page as had others who had the same experience with ***. I now seem to be blocked for company FB page
    Never received the product or a refund
    7-26 *** stated he had a piece he could ship out to me as he put me at the end of the list and he could ship this out faster than a refund
    Never shipped it, never received a refund
    9-20 i sent an email indicating that if i can't receive a refund or product i paid for i would need to retain an attorney.
    I still have not received the piece i ordered, a refund or a response to my email from September.

    I can kill two birds with one stone here. So...I would have seen this message about the complaint earlier but the BBB continuously marketed me asking for money while I was struggling through the pandemic and had to list their email address to the Junk folder. Lucky for you I was looking for something else and ran across it. Truly tone deaf in your marketing btw. 

    As for ******** ******* ******, she exactly demonstrates the type of retail customer no business wants to deal with. Just look up ***** in the Wild on YouTube and you'll see plenty of examples of ******** ******** attitude. Entitled, must be first regardless of place in line, will try to ruin your small business to get her way. So yes, I placed ********** order to the very end of the stack. I feel very justified doing so and hope she takes a good look in the mirror and thinks twice before teeing off on some poor retail employee at Starbucks (fits her profile). I'm shipping her product tonight and the tracking number is below. I hope all who look at my F grade with the BBB get the opportunity to read through this response. BBB is a pay to play business and I refuse to be obligated to share any miniscule profit I earn during what is now a recession after a pandemic. 

    Good riddance to ******** ****** and all the ****** of the world. Hopefully other retailers and small businesses do the same.

    Ordered a Kansas City Chiefs sign on 06 April 22. Paid 175.00 with the understanding that this would take 6-8 minimum weeks to get out. Twentynine days later in May, I contacted him to get a refund. He asked why I need a refund and that he had already bought the materials. I felt like I did short him on the time a little bit so I conceded to give KCMW more time to get things Fabricated and shipped out. He emails me back telling me my order would go out that week. I didn't think much about it. May, June and most of July pass and I didn't think much of it until I was cleaning up my email and I saw that I had ordered and still not received my sign yet. So I emailed him stating that I was going to dispute the charges on my card for this order because it had been almost 4 months and I still had nothing. Told me that he wasn't kidding when he said in his solicitation that it would take a long time to get these orders out and that others had started complaining and disputing charges against him as well. I looked on ******** and ****** reviews and he has numerous complaints against him within the last year about incomplete orders and non delivery of orders. Most also state that he was rude and resorted to name calling and profanities. More reviews go on to state that he has stopped responding to emails and makes promises to return calls but never does after multiple attempts.

    Paid 175 for a metal sign was told a June 15 delivery date it did not occur I called three times with the promise of a delivery within a few days but still no delivery I made contact after 3 inquiries, and he stated that I should come to his place of business and **** *** **** to get my order Of course I found
    that offensive and proceeded to contact you to make this behavior aware
