      Buyers beware. Spent a good amount of money with this company parts were what looked too be thrown into one box. Quite a few broken items two items where opened and destroyed. Surprisingly no damage on box. My items had no packing material around them and was changed for return

      Haven't ordered from LMC in many years but needed fuel doors so I placed my order for 2 of theirs list as the premium option. Reasonable shipping time and a good price overall. Received them today and went to install. Horrible fit. Nearly 1 inch out of place with no way to adjust. Overlaps the bedside by 3/4 inch and twisted counterclockwise. Customer service was as useless as you'd imagine. Expected to wait for most likely weeks for quality control to review photos I've sent to verify that they don't fit and then see about the possibility of starting the refund process. Definitely will never do business with them again.

      Waiting 3 weeks for my money on parts that have already been returned for 2 weeks. If you have this many returns maybe you should hire some quality control or more help for the return dept. Unless you plan on paying me interest on my money like a bank id rather it be in my account than yours...

      You said you sent the refund yesterday at 8am. It's 3pm the next day & my bank has NO record of a refund or a PENDING refund. When you actually start the transaction it will show up this isn't the 1800s where we wait on mail this is 2024 when this are electronic. If you can take the money instantly you can return it the same way... I will NEVER purchase another parts from you as long as I live & ill make damn sure anything I work on will not use your parts either.

      They do not stand behind their products. I would use another supplier. Inferior products and they blame the manufacturer and don’t take ownership. They beat me out of $300,00

      Bob, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Just to recap our conversation, we will be reshipping you a replacement headliner due to the headliner that was purchased in April of 2022 sagging. Again, we thank you for bringing this to our attention and allowing us to make it right.

      We have ordered thousands of dollars from LMC over the past couple years. We are now DONE with LMC! again, FedEx is the problem. I spoke with Diana who says she is in management at LMC, NOT IMPRESSED!
      If LMC cant see the problems maybe they should just close up, there are MANY PROBLEMS with FedEx, do you read your own reviews?
      What a waste of time! Still waiting on an order that FedEx said was scheduled for delivery Saturday , now they cant determine when it will be delivered........
      This doesn't work LMC!!

      Thank you for your feedback! When we spoke yesterday, we did explain the shipping process. The order that you placed online 5/1/24 was received damage free from Fed Ex on 5/7/24. Our normal processing to time is 24 to 48 business hours to leave our facility, and 3 to 5 business days to reach your state. The order was delivered on 5/7/24 with the exclusion of Saturday, and Sunday your package arrived a day early. Please reach out to us if you have any further needs and we appreciate your business.

      My order was a very simple one, replacing parts related to a broken clutch rod on a 1974 F100. I was impressed by LMC Truck's comprehensive catalog. The replacement parts fit great, and I'm happy to report that the truck is back on the road. Shipping wasn't super fast, but was acceptable, especially considering that the parts were cheaper than anywhere else. 100% chance I will use LMC Truck again.

      I tried to order and got a sketchy email asking for pictures of my driver's license and debit card. I called to confirm that it was and scam.When they answered they said NO it wasn't a scam, it's actually how they do business. LMC Truck customer service WILL email you and ask that you wire them the money AND send pictures of your ID and debit card. So, because of how sketchy that was I decided to cancel the order. I mean, if you can't take a payment with the payment options that YOU provide on your own website then I'm uncomfortable doing business with you.Not to mention that now you are holding up $1,000 between our banks because you couldn't figure out how to take a payment made through your own website. So, I'll wait for my refund then order elsewhere.

The reason you were asked for the required documentation was this was your first order, the order was over $1,000.00 and it was shipping to a different address than your billing address.  The process to protect both you the consumer and us as the business from fraud.       We have ordered from this company on three different occasions and never had any issues. We contacted customer service once about a back-ordered part and it all went smoothly and we were satisfied with the service. Shipping has always been quick and accurate, and sometimes it seems pricey but we are in ****** and often times the parts we order are big and heavy, so that is to be expected, in our opinion.
