      I haven't had a single order using TapThru since JULY 2023, and I received not one, but two charges for $14.99. I followed all directions on their very minimal website, to no avail. I sent my email address for a password reset (knowing I didn't have an account), and I haven't received a link to reset, because I don't have an account. I callled the Customer Service number, only to be put on automated hold for more than 30 minutes each time. I get the impression that no one planned to take my call. I would really just like my money back.

      October 2023 I had an unauthorized charge for $9.99 on my credit card. I phoned TapThru and told them I didn't sign up for a membership and to credit my account, which they did. Today I received a text alert from my credit card company that TapThru charged me $14.99. I haven't ordered anything using TapThru since mid-Oct 2023. Their website link to Customer Service only takes you back to a restaurant page and there's no email or help you can get online. I've now been on hold for over 20 minutes just waiting for a live person to pick up to tell them, again, to remove me from their list and stop charging me.

      We had the same issue. A $9.99 charge on 8/31 which posted on 9/3. This was on my card and on my wife's card which are two separate financial institutions. We are disputing them. They are obviously making unauthorized transactions which is wire fraud. I am going to look into filing charges against them.

      I have not ordered through a tapthru merchant in the past 365 days, and suddenly on 8/31 I have a pending charge from TapThru.com for $9.99. I called the number on their BBB profile, and spoke to a customer service agent who had no information or help and said she would pass my information on to her manager. I will be reporting my credit card number as being stolen since this was an unauthorized charge and the merchant was unable to offer any help or solution on their end.
