In January 2025, Better Business Bureau investigated TapThru LLC’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by unanswered complaints, negative customer reviews and over a hundred consumer inquiries. Consumers allege receiving unauthorized charges on their bank and credit cards from this business. Some indicate they previously used the delivery service offered by TapThru LLC, but had not recently used them. Some indicate never having used TapThru LLC’s services. Consumers also allege they did not sign up for any recurring charges with this business. When they tried to contact TapThru LLC, the business did not respond. BBB contacted TapThru LLC by phone and email regarding unanswered complaints and have not received a response to date.
