    Customer for 15 years. In that time there were massive billing issues. Several times we had to locate Toner from other sources just so we could continue to print. It took 3 months to repair our bizhub. Also took another 3 months to add a printer to our service contracts. Our service tickets would get cancelled for no reason or the tech just completes the job without showing up. Alot of deceptive practices happening here. Techs that were on site were caught saying. "If it aint broke don't fix it, that's what the admin says" while fixing 1 issue on the printer but not a purple line running down each piece of paper. Would not recommend this company.
