I have reached out to the no spill company 3 times thru there web page online portal and once on there ******** page about a faulty 5 gallon gas can that is leaking at the mold seam by the handle with zero response. For what you pay for these cans and the size of this company it is a disgrace that they will not stand behind there product.

The customer was sent a replacement gas can and has received it.  We did have our Webmaster review the logs/email for any correspondence from Mr. ****** and there was none.

    Better Business Bureau:

I did receive a replacement can but not without jumping thru hoops first. I would also like to add that I find it odd that they responded directly quickly stating

"We apologize for not responding sooner, we were having some problems with our website and the warranty request were not coming into us."

    Thank you,

    ******

So saying they didn't receive anything from me is crazy. My thoughts are they had no intention on replacing my can thru there web page till I filed my complaint with BBB.

When you do a claim thru there web page there is no way to get a copy.

No Spill complaint ID ********, I do find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    Regards,

    **** ******
