      6-17-23 I hired Apex contracting to redo my driveway. I paid him half of the $5,200 that he would charge me. This is a company out of liberal Ks. The owner of this so called company is ****** ********. I paid him $2,600 and he never finished my driveway. His address is *** ***** **** *** There is also other people who he has done this to and nothing has happened. His phone number is ************* **************************

      Yes we had a contract for a 4 inch raise  and she needed more this contract was per her measurements and she signed it. I advised her she needed to raise it 7” and then pour the 4” concrete drive and that’s not what we had a contract for and told her i was not going to complete because it was still going to be under water and the 2600 hundred dollars had gone toward the demo of the current drive way and sand fill of 4“ and labor and material for the her project i also advise her that i could complete but it would be a change order and she would have to pay the difference and she said no so we then terminated her contract and then she also offered her self in a sexual way so i can finish the drive and i refused to do so.  So she is no complaint she current owes me $780 apart of what she had paid from her 2600.
