    I purchased a LG side by side refrigerator from ******, January 2024, The refrigerator had a leak, July 2024 we called LG to file a claim, LG in return forward our claim to unknown repair company who fixed the leak, The following week the leak returned in the same area behind the refrigerator. I called LG again and filed another claim about the leak and the claim was sent to that was sent to Central Kansas Appliance Repair, They ordered a refrigerator door for a leak that was in the back of the refrigerator, August 27th they brought the door out realized it was the wrong part, the technician call his boss told him that they have the wrong part, the technicians was told to return the door and that they would order the correct part, instead Central Kansas Appliance Repair kept the refrigerator door, closed out our ticket, sent a message to LG that they repaired our refrigerator with the new door and they were finished with repairs. Central Kansas Appliance Repair refused to take our calls, refused to fix our refrigerator and stole a refrigerator door that they claim they replaced. It’s September 21st and our refrigerator is still leaking and Central Kansas Appliance Repair still won’t accept our calls

    Compressor was replaced under ** warranty by Central KS but fridge kept leaking coolant. Repairman returned and determined it was the condenser, said he would put in an order for the part, however the part did not come in. Did not hear from the repairman again. ***** is the office manager I was communicating with. She was extremely rude, non-compliant, accusatory, and would not return my calls or text messages when I pushed for an answer regarding the condenser being ordered. I reported this to **, my claim was escalated to upper management 3 weeks ago, but they've informed they are unable to find a repairman available to help me. I have been 8 weeks now without a fridge. Please help!
