    In order to just run your application they require a deposit which is half of the rent amount you’re quoted and that’s before even being approved. Then once denied they take over two months to send you said deposit back. I was denied as of June fourteenth, 2023 and have yet to receive my deposit in full after them sending it to the wrong address supposedly a month ago. They never answer their phones and nor do they act professionally in their office place. Highly don’t recommend renting through them or doing any type of business agreement.
