    I cannot express how thankful I am for this dealership, and especially Steve, the general manager, and Jason, in the service department. I live in the Kansas City area and our daughter is attending her junior year at K-State, which is also he first year away from home. She had just purchased a used Kia in KC, to get to and from school and work in Manhattan, and the day she arrived at school, her car broke down. Distribution of parts has been an issue, and finding the problem was no easy task, so Steve went above and beyond to make certain my daughter was able to make to school everyday and to work, and also to make it home for the holidays. The car had several issues, and Jason and his crew resolved every one of them. They are an exemplary team at Kia of Manhattan, and we cannot thank them enough for going the extra mile and assuring us that we need to worry about our daughter being away from home. Thank you Steve, and thank you Jason. I only wish we were close enough to have you do all our service.

    This dealership has been nothing but trouble from the start. I am now trying to cancel *** and warranties and they have done nothing but give me the run around. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this location.

    Well let me start here. To start out with on 7/10/21 I purchased my 2021 Kia Soul in a trade in for my truck and they were in such a rush to get my business even though it wasn't what I wanted to leave with by any means. I get home after this deal and look at my paper work realizing they have the wrong middle initial on my paper work and the wrong vin number. I immediately contact them and tell there sales manager to Fix the problem to this date 8/6/22 this issue is not fixed at all. There sales manager Don likes to cut me off when trying to talk to him. Then recently I inquired about trading in my 2021 Kia Soul S in on a suv that they have in stock of within a $1000 of of equity of my current vehicle from them. They make claims they want to put me and my family in a better vehicle etc. Do not trust anyone in this dealership whatsoever. Then they come at me salesperson Calli Threet does with I need to contact them when I have $5000 down are they Nuts or want me to pull a rabbit out of a hat. I am very very very dissatisfied. I inform there salesmanager Don Glaspie of me no longer continuing to do business with them ever again. I feel like I'm a nuisance to this business and my experience with them is bad. I wouldn't buy a vacuum from these people again and will take my money and time somewhere else. They are all very shady two face people if there were negative ratings through the better business bureau I would give them negative 5.
