    Very cheaply made uniforms. The company and rep will try to force samples and things on you even after you tell them no. Then try to make you pay for them. They have horrible customer service. Nothing ever comes in time, takes weeks to get any response from anyone then when you do get a response you tell them you have found a different company to work with they try to hit you with random fees. I will tell everyone to steer clear of champion! 0 stars would be a better review!

    Hi Vivian,
    I'm sorry your experience did not meet your standards. We do feel as though we made every attempt to rectify the situation before presenting your account to third party collections. Our records reflect that Andrew emailed on 6/11/2024 asking for the ship to address for the samples and you replied with an address that same day and as such, there was no indication in the email for him to cancel that sample order. Upon shipping on 6/12/2024, an email with the tracking info was sent and Andrew emailed you with the return policy details and how to get those items returned (policy listed below). Additionally, a reminder was sent on 8/11 that the final due date was approaching and that if not returned and received to our facility by 9/11/2024 the samples would be deemed ineligible for return and the collections process would begin. The customer did send the items back and they were received to our warehouse on 10/21/2024; however because they were returned outside the parameters of the return policy, the items were not accepted and returned to sender. The collections agent did request the tracking information to determine if the items were returned within the allowable window, but tracking was not provided. Because tracking was not provided, we returned the product to the customer and moved forward with third party collections on 11/6/2024.

    Champion Teamwear Samples Policy: samples are generally sent for sizing or quality purposes to anyone who qualifies for the program inside the United States. Sample garments do not feature any embellishments and are invoiced and shipped to the customer at the expense of Champion Teamwear. A return shipping label is included in the box along with your samples. You have 60 days to view and return your samples - when you are ready to return them, just box them up, place the return shipping label on the box and visit your nearest FedEx or US Postal Service office for delivery. If samples are not returned within 60 days: Champion Teamwear will not generate a prepaid return label and you will have to return the samples at your own expense. If samples are not returned within 90 days: Samples will be deemed non-returnable and you will be charged the full retail price of the product(s).

    If I could give a ‘0’ I would. As a ‘loyalty’ customer, two orders were not shipped in time for Christmas even after a supervisor’ placed the second order with next day shipping. Instead it was ‘cancelled’ without any notice sent. The customer service team spoke broken English at best and offered little effort to keep me as a customer. I will not order again.
