  From the first time I contacted Emily and her team they were honest, professional, trustworthy and very easy to deal with! Questions before I signed up were answered immediately and to the point. I talked to my brother who had done all his own research and when I told him the cost of joining this service along with the benefits, he said he wished he would have known The Medicare Coach was available he could have avoided much misery handling Medicare himself! His advice to me, join them and I did! After becoming a member of The Medicare Coach, responses remain immediate, succinctly and factual! I am a two year customer and will definitely use their services again in 2023! Pleased to be a member and I feel the cost is money well spent for all the assistance, direction, endless research and piece of mind! Medicare is difficult to understand, stay current with and handle all the changes. Value = The Medicare Coach

  We have been with The Medicare Coach all year. We would have made some big mistakes financially if we had navigated Medicare without this company. There online seminars have been most helpful in other areas too. Their communication by email is awesome and they are always responsive if you need more help and are just a phone call away. Every coach we dealt with has been knowledgeable and so pleasant. The year end review for Part D is invaluable and saves us so much time along with the security that the most cost saving plan has been presented. Thank you,

  I recently sat thru a long presentation with Emily only to find out at the end that they would LOVE help me for the large fee of 797.00. They would take all of my info including my doctors, health issues etc and find me the best plans! That is a very large fee the someone already on Social Security. Then the price dropped at the end to 47.00 for steps to follow which was nothing more than a copy of the presentation I sat thru. I felt very taken advantage of as at no time prior to the end did they mention the fee! There are plenty of folks that can help you thru this process if you look hard enough!

As you will see in our other reviews, our clients who pay for our services greatly appreciate our independent advice and customized recommendations for their upcoming Medicare decision. Their time is valuable, their healthcare is essential, and they've worked hard for their retirement savings, so they want to get Medicare right. They don't want to be sold a Medicare plan through an insurance company or insurance agent/broker. -Emily

  My problem is why you didn't tell participants upfront that this was where this call was headed? And then after emailed me relentlessly still asking me to sign up for the 797.00 concierge? It felt very much like ****** targeting seniors and was not appreciated at all! Hence my complaint which is and was valid!

  Despite 40+ years working as a nurse, I was overwhelmed and confused by all the conflicting information out there regarding signing up for medicare. I came across Emily's introductory webinar by chance, and it was extremely informative, no sales pitch. I signed up for the concierge service, and had a great experience from beginning to end. My coach, Shari *****, was very professional, understanding, organized. She helped me to understand my options and helped me make the best choice for me, and it was such a relief and peace of mind not to spend hours researching on my own. Shari helped me with the process of actually applying online for medicare, getting my Part D prescription plan, and putting me in touch with the person to get signed up for a medigap plan. I cannot emphasize enough the excellent customer service I received through the Medicare Coach. They have an excellent process in place that is efficient and streamlined, and I thank them profusely.
