    Traded a vehicle close to same value and agreed upon $7800 difference. Then told me had to replace tires charged extra $840 on agreed upon price and yet when went to sell vehicle didn’t replace worn out tires they changed me $840 additional for. Very unethical in my opinion. Steer clear of trading a nice vehicle or get fleeced.

    We put pictures of our vehicles online before they go through service. Once it goes to service tires will be replaced.

    Little Apple Cars bailed us out of a jam!
    The transmission went out of my truck while we were on vacation.
    Teagan was a rock-star (very late on a Saturday afternoon) in getting us into a wonderful rental vehicle, so I wasn't stranded with my wife and grandsons between NW Missouri and Colorado!
    Nick was a capable advocate with our less than efficient extended warranty company.
    I am thankful for their service!

    Bought a 22 ford edge from little apple cars only to find it had been wrecked! After several discussions with salesmen and sells manager ( Tony ) who had told me the car had never been in an accident ! Car was delivered filthy and after paying to have a ceramic coating on the car it arrived dirty and without the service I was charged for ! Contacted the sales manager and he continued to lie about the car! Beware of little apple cars !

    The poorest auto service experience I've ever had in my 50 years of driving. Service Dept. does not communicate, over charge, and are dishonest. I asked what it would cost before hand. While they had our Acura they wouldn't call, wouldn't return my calls. The bill was inflated by 36% and we couldn't do a thing about it. Had to pay the ransom. I would never take my vehicle there again.

    The service people do not explain to you anything when you ask for filter change. and they do all the services and charges you the things that we don't know about. And they make sure they want to bill you no matter what.
