    We had the floors in the main level of our house done with laminated flooring by this company. The wood started coming up in a few places in 2021. We called them were told to put some extra flooring inside the house to acclimate before they would install it. 2 years of phone calls every other week, as well as multiple visits to their office, but there’s been no follow up other than “We’ve been busy,” or so-and-so had surgery, etc. Not even an apology! When we want to have the rest of the house done, we’re not using this company! I recommend you don’t either. We’ve been more than patient!
